Vegatel started to design a unique call center during the Q2 in 2008 and made investments in its infrastructure accordingly. Responta Call Center evolving from these efforts dedicated to serving corporate customers as of September 2008 as a member of Vegatel family.

Vegatel Communications Service Inc. was established on July 2006 as an affiliation of Gama Trade and Tourism Inc. of Gama Holding Inc., a leading company in construction and energy industry. Supported by Gama Holding Inc.’s corporate and financial power as well as its other partners who have the long years of experience in telecommunications industry, Vegatel has followed up the innovations in the industry and made a fast and successful entrance into the market.
Building its vision on “proactive and creative company in the mobile communications industry” and employing distinctive approaches and applications, Vegatel offers its corporate and individual customers the best service and solutions while producing value for its business partners.
Vegatel signed a nationwide distributorship agreement with Avea Communications Service Inc. in 2006 and finished the year 2007 as the “leader distributor” of Avea. The same year also witnessed Vegatel’s placement on the “2007 Interpro Informatics First 500 List” where Vegatel had the first place among the debuting companies and the 28th place in the sales revenue.
